GAS HEATERS | PUMPS | BLOWERS | AIR SWITCHES | CONTROL SYSTEMS
A Typical older Dega Research "skid pack" with a Dega Degas 100mJ Spa Gas Heater. We remove, and replace all available parts for these systems.
There are no spare parts for these heaters, as they are now all in the 20+ year old range.
We strongly recommend replacing it with this heater.
We now have a complete kit to replace the older, obsolete Degas spa gas heaters.
Dega (De-gas) Gas Spa Heaters came in mostly 100mJ and 200mJ varieties. There were a few other options available, but are very rare.
They used a "bypass" style of heating, where a hose was connected to the suction side of the pump, and the other hose connected to the return side of the filtration plumbing. Modern heaters use "full-flow" plumbing.
Click here to purchase the kit. The kit comes with a new similar-sized gas heater, and timer with air switch.
Dega / Quiptron / Onga have been superseded by these blowers.
If your old blower had an air tube coming into it for switching it off and on, use this blower.
If it was a standalone blower with no built-in air switch, use this blower.
Note that no spa blower has 3 speeds like some of the older Dega
Onga blowers. If you want variable speed, you'll need to purchase this variable speed control

Dega manufactured dozens of varieties of air switched controllers for pools, spas, and spa baths.
These have been superceded by various air switches and other systems.
Dega spa bath heaters were discontinued several years ago, and spare parts are no longer available.
There are no standalone spa bath heaters on the market anymore, and your best option is to replace the pump, with an in-built heater.
